  Place the item in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, certificates, and packaging materials provided at purchase.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to a secure shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers inspect the piece to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
